Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying exchanges but not refunds.

All products are handmade and personalized, so exchange or return is not possible due to simple change of heart.

After the order status is changed to being ready for delivery, product production begins and order cancellation, exchange, or refund is not possible.

Exchange due to size is possible but additional repair costs may be charged.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange process will take at least one month, including the remanufacturing period and round-trip delivery period.

For exchange/refund due to product defect, please contact our customer service.

Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
